Launching ceremony of the Mutual Aid and Solidarity Fund for the living Ivorian Community

Under the leadership of His Excellency TRAORE Kalilou, Ambassador of Côte d'Ivoire to Nigeria, a fundraising ceremony was organized on Friday May 22, 2020 at the Embassy of Côte d'Ivoire in Abuja.
This ceremony registered a selective audience due to the coronavirus pandemic (COVlD-19), made up of Ivorian personalities, donors and members of the Ivorian Community.
The event made it possible to obtain a contribution from the Embassy and donors amounting to the sum of six (6) million Naira, or approximately ten (10) million CFA Francs, for the purpose of assisting the poorest people.
It should be mentioned that in addition to the amounts mentioned above, the recipients also received donations in kind, notably facial masks and hydro-alcoholic gels.
