At the invitation of Rear Admiral Murtala Mormoni Bashir, Commander of the National Defense College (NDC), the Ambassador of Côte d'Ivoire to Nigeria, HE Mr. TRAORE Kalilou took part in the international days of the NDC which took place from 19 as of January 21, 2022; at the NDC.
During these days, the Ambassador attended the country presentation on Côte d'Ivoire, presented by Lieutenant-Colonel YOBOUE Edouard and Navy Captain GUIE Ghislain, Ivorian participants in Course 30 of the NDC, at the title for the 2021-2022 school year.
H.E. Mr. Traoré Kalilou also took part alongside the NDC authorities and members of the Diplomatic Corps, in the Cultural Festival called "Fesî Food and Artefacts".
Officials and visitors greatly appreciated the exhibition, especially the Ivory Coast stand as well as the Ivorian dishes offered for tasting by the Embassy.
During his speech, the Ambassador expressed his sincere thanks to the NDC for these festivities which contribute to the promotion of Ivorian Culture in Nigeria and called for the continued strengthening of the excellent collaboration that exists between the National Defense College and the Embassy of Côte d'Ivoire in Abuja.
