IVORIAN BIOMETRIC PASSPORT APPLICATION

The conditions for establishing and issuing the ordinary national passport are now defined as follows:

 

Applicants must withdraw a passport application form free of charge from the Embassy or from the website www.snedai.com  Download it HERE and pay online via the website www.paiementpasseport-cotedivoire-com the amount of 105 euros in fees. preparation of the passport.

 

In addition, all applicants must appear in person, minus the following documents:

 

1- For nationals of origin

A photocopy of the national identity card or the original of the administrative identity certificate;
A photo ID for the completed and signed application form;
The receipt attesting to the payment of passport fees;
- For minors under 13 years old
a birth certificate (original);
legalized parental authorization;
a photocopy of the national identity card or the original; one of the parents' administrative certificate of identity.

- For minors over 13 years old
a certificate of identity;
legalized authorization.

2- For naturalized

a photocopy of the naturalization decree;
a photocopy of the national identity card or the original of the administrative identity certificate;
Legalized parental authorization for minors;
The receipt attesting to the payment of passport fees;

3- For the foreigner adopted by an Ivorian

an expedition of the judgment or of the adoption order;
a photocopy of the national identity card or the original of the administrative identity certificate;
a photocopy of the national identity card or the original of the adopter's administrative identity certificate;
legalized parental authorization for minors;
The receipt attesting to the payment of passport fees.

4- For women of foreign nationality married to an Ivorian

An extract from a marriage certificate;
a photocopy of the national identity card or the original of the administrative identity certificate;
a photocopy of the national identity card or the original of the husband's administrative certificate of identity;
The receipt attesting to the payment of passport fees.

5- For a man of foreign nationality married to an Ivorian

An extract from a marriage certificate;
a photocopy of the national identity card or the original of the administrative identity certificate;
a photocopy of the national identity card or the original of the wife's administrative identity certificate;
The receipt attesting to the payment of passport fees.

NB:

Holders of a valid passport must have their old passports with them on the day of enrollment.

 

The deadline for issuing the passport is 15 days after validation by the Air and Border Police in Côte d'Ivoire.

 

The passport will only be to the holder against discharge (fingerprint verification) and upon presentation of the file deposit receipt.

 

PAYMENT OF CONSULAR FEES - VISAS AND OTHER CONSULAR DOCUMENTS

 

The payment of the fees relating to the establishment and delivery of administrative and consular documents will now be made on the following electronic platform: https://ciembassyepay.org
